1.1 - of our works are prices in euros all taxes included out of processing and shipping fee.
The price of the books is established in the strict respect of the law Lang 81-766 of 10 August 1981.
1.2 - for all shipped out of European Union and DOM - TOM, the price will be automatically calculated tax on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or taxes of State are likely to be payable and will be your responsibility. We advise you to inquire about these issues with your local authorities.
1.3 - all the orders whatever their origin are payable in euros.
1.4 - Deslivresetnous.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the works will be charged on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the recording of the orders.
1.5 - the products remain the property of Deslivresetnous.com until the complete payment of the price.

Our books offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of stocks available.
In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by e-mail or by post.

The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. Deslivresetnous.com cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.
In the event of delay in shipping, an e-mail will be sent to you.
In case of payment by cheque, the order will be processed upon receipt of the cheque.

Payment of your purchases may be made:

In case of payment by cheque, this must be issued by a bank domiciled in metropolitan France. Upgrading to the cashing of the cheque is made upon receipt of the cheque.

You have 10 days from the receipt for the return which would not be appropriate. Expenses of sending and return will be at your expense. Only the price of the purchased books will be refunded.

ARTICLE 8 - REIMBURSEMENT
Refunds of products in the cases referred to in article 7 will be made in a period of less or equal to 15 days after receiving products by us.
The refund will be by cheque sent on behalf of the customer who placed the order and the billing address. No sending in against repayment will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.
